All Vintage Casein  buttons. Some were made in Schwanda, Czechoslavakia  from 1930 to 1937 and  made in the good old U.S. Of  A as well as England in the early 1950's. Casein is defined as:  white, tasteless, odorless milk protein used in making paint as well as vintage plastic accessories, ie Buttons, pens, Buckles etc...
